Unexpected deliveries inspire a frustrated writer.

Very late one November night, during a streak of writers’ block, I got to thinking (as I often do very late in the night). It seemed strange to me that fiction was a way of acceptable voyeurism, that a viewer to any film or reader of any book is, in a sense, a creep. That same night, within a span of about 2 hours, the first draft of Creep was born.

Creep explores the mind of a writer as she searches for inspiration. The timing of writing this script (November 2020) and shooting (December 2020) and the nature of the story (one actor set in my own home) made it an ideal and iconic way to end my 2020.
