Doing good in the community is highly valued at Grinnell Mutual. When I was a content creator, my team and I decided to create a video that showcased an employee volunteering with the Special Olympics for the very first time, to help give other employees an understanding of what the day could look like, and to promote Grinnell Mutual’s employee-volunteer program.
